1 Acceptance of Terms

Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays in processing transactions, inability to contact you regarding important account matters, or account suspension.

4 Deposits and Account Funding

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph8ag4 accepts deposits through various payment channels including but not limited to: Philippine e-wallets (GCash, Maya), direct bank transfers from major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), over-the-counter payment networks (7-Eleven Cliqq, Cebuana Lhuillier), and cryptocurrency transfers (USDT TRC20). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice. You may only use payment methods registered in your own name and for which you are the authorized account holder.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

5 Withdrawals and Payouts

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits depending on your verification level, account status, and selected payment method. Minimum withdrawal amounts typically range from PHP 300 to PHP 500. Active bonus balances must be cleared or forfeited before withdrawal of associated funds can be processed, as bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in promotional terms. Accounts with pending verification, suspected fraudulent activity, terms violations, or unresolved disputes may have withdrawals temporarily suspended pending investigation and resolution.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Promotional Terms

11 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of ph8ag4 Services shall first be addressed through our internal dispute resolution process by contacting Customer Support. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ph8ag4 reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent prohibited activities.

12 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines for resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration. Our operations are licensed and regulated by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation), and we comply with all applicable Philippine gaming regulations and anti-money laundering requirements.

13 Account Termination

ph8ag4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Grounds for account termination include but are not limited to: violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent or illegal activity, provision of false information during registration or verification, abuse of bonuses or promotions, failure to complete verification when requested, prolonged inactivity, or at our sole discretion for business or security reasons. Upon termination, your access to the Services will be immediately revoked. Any remaining account balance attributable to legitimate deposits and winnings will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees, charges, or amounts owed to ph8ag4. Funds associated with bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or terms violations will be forfeited. 16.2 Severability

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
